Accessibility is one of the issues we most cherish. This app can be used the same way by sighted people and people with visual impairments: nobody shall be left behind!
Art is the maximum expression of the human being, but if you are not an expert, to full understand and appreciate it you need some explanation. If you are inside the Uffizi Gallery our advice is to book a guide, but if you’d rather do the tour on your own, then we hope this app becomes your pocket audio guide.
Unlike traditional audio guides, we don't want to divert your attention from the real reason why you're here: the artworks!
That’s why we designed the features in a way that they are immediate and easy to use.
You can find the artworks organized by artist, search them by titles, identify them by framing them with the camera, orient yourself thanks to the interactive maps, listen to the audios, etc.
New translations and pieces of content are on the way: we are constantly improving features and content. We promise!
